MagicTax ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. MagicTax is currently in development; this policy will be updated before our product launches.

Information we collect

• Waitlist sign-ups: when you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the role you select (business owner, tax professional, or other), your page language, your approximate country, and the sign-up time. This data is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
• Information you send us: when you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider may process standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the website.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and manage the early-access waitlist
• To send you updates about MagicTax, if you asked to receive them
• To keep this website secure and working properly

We do not sell your personal information.

Financial data

When our product launches, any financial documents you upload will be encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to provide the service to you, and never used to train public AI models. We will publish detailed terms before collecting any such data.

Retention and your rights

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or until it is no longer needed. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time, in accordance with applicable law including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.
